Caffeine is Good for Women's Hearts
Posted by MallowQueen on 1/9/2012
I just learned about a study that was done in Madrid showing "that women who drank two to three cups of caffeinated coffee per day had a 25% lower risk of heart disease. Men didn’t show any higher or lower risk."
126,000 people took part in this study by the Autonomous University of Madrid. That's a lot of people drinking a lot of caffeine if you really try to picture it. Maybe they should have tried some CoffeeMallows to break the monotony a bit.
This study is part of a longer article called 9 Surprising Caffeine Facts. It's worth checking out because it debunks a lot of the myths people have had about caffeine. Caffeine does not cause hypertension, fibrocystic breast disease, or osteoporosis after all. There's been an attitude adjustment about caffeine and now CaffeinAll may be the new health food!
